SAFE@UNC (formerly Project S.A.F.E.) is a campus initiative aimed at providing helpful information for sexual assault and rape survivors as well as information for the families and friends of survivors. The website is intended to be a main portal for students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders at The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill around the topic of interpersonal violence, including stalking, abusive relationships, and sexual assault.
A resource site for UNC-Chapel Hill student, faculty and staff parents and parents-to-be as a collaboration between the CWC and other groups on campus that noticed a need for a collective web space where UNC parents could go to gain resources on pregnancy, prenatal care, student leave and academic policies, lactation, childcare, family-friendly activities, and more.
In all aspects of our work, we aim to reflect our mission and values in every way possible – including the way we communicate. Please take a moment to read this new policy from UNC and spread the word!
